writing this to tell you how much Sharon and I are enjoying our home
that you built. From the first time we toured the house we were
impressed with the detail you went to and the upgrades that were part
of the package including all inside doors, choice of wood flooring and
sprinkler systems throughout the property. Additionally, we have
very much enjoyed the stylish 'furniture vanity' in the master bath as
well as the trey ceilings with the concealed rope lighting in the
master bedroom and dining area. We have been in our home 2 months now and have not found anything that we would want to change. John and Sharon Tutt "When my husband and I started shopping for a builder we were a little discouraged. As is customary the builders usually build the house to completion but we wanted to have our hands in it as much as possible so we decided to sub-contract the work ourselves. No one we talked to was willing to work with us that way but Pete was not only willing to do this but he did it with amazing efficiency. I provided him with a simple drawing done from my home computer and he provided me with a house completely dried in in only four days! ( Once the materials got here of course) Our house was a little different in that we had a14 X 20 room pre-built and attached to the foundation once it was in place. Pete had no trouble attaching it in a way that it looked like it was all built at the same time. We moved into our house in April of 09 and have had absolutely no complaints. I only wish we would have known him 13 years ago when my sister built her house because it has already suffered water damage due to poor building.
